Brian: Gavin, tell me a little bit about yourself
Gavin: I am a financial advisor on Hunter Street in Newcastle and the main focus for financial planning is creating greater certainty for people.
Everybody that comes through the door has a different story to tell and that's what makes it exciting.
One of the areas we also like to focus on is behavioural finance, which is helping people understand why they make the financial decisions the way they do and then everything else follows like superannuation investment.
Beyond that well that's very interesting because it's not the same solution for everyone like they say…
